Cadillac BIG Meet
On Thursday before the Grand European, the bi-annual Cadillac BIG Meet takes place in Kremmünster, Austria. Since 2004, the meet has established itself as the largest non-club Cadillac meet in Europe. By combining the Cadillac BIG Meet and the Grand European, we want to offer participants who have a longer journey even more reasons to take part in both the Cadillac BIG Meet and the GE. This way, everyone can enjoy the beautiful landscape with its many highlights between Linz and Munich.
Both the BIG Meet and the Grand European have an important motto: slowing down. We want you to enjoy the Cadillacs. We will be cruising and not driving a rally. There will always be enough time for conversations.
After the Cadillac BIG Meet, we will meet again on Sunday morning for Cars and Coffee. From there, anyone who wants to, can join us for a stopover in a hotel on the way to Munich via the Alps. Participation for the trip to Munich is limited to 30 vehicles.
Sunday, August 24th
1st part of driving tour
Departure after the Cars & Coffee at the Cadillac BIG Meet in Kremsmünster, Austria to the hotel in Austria. The exact tour and hotel will be announced soon.
Monday, August 25th
2nd part of driving tour
From our hotel in Austria to the Infinity Hotel in Munich
Grand European
Now that we have arrived safely from cruising the Cadillac BIG Meet in Kremsmünster, we will officially start the Grand European in the evening at the Infinity Hotel with the Welcome Evening.
Monday, August 25th
1st day
- Those not taking part in the cruising tour from the Cadillac BIG Meet in Kremmünster can take part in a day trip on a sightseeing bus tour to Neuschwanstein Castle and Linderhof Castle (approx. 9 hours).
- In the evening we officially start the Grand European at the Welcome Evening in the real alpine hut of the Infinity Hotel.
Tuesday, August 26th
2nd day
- We travel through Munich by bus and learn all about the history of the Bavarian capital from experienced guides.
- The sightseeing bus drops us off in the city center at Max-Joseph-Platz.
- Those interested can find out even more details on a walking tour of the old town.
- Afterwards we have free time to explore Munich individually.
- The buses will take us back to the Infinity Hotel.
Wednesday, August 27th
3rd day
- In the morning we drive to Andechs Monastery.
- We “climb” the holy mountain and can sample traditional Bavarian specialties to our own taste.
- We continue through the 5-lake landscape of Upper Bavaria to Kaltenberg Castle. Here we will enjoy coffee and cake in a medieval ambience.
- Afterwards we return to the Infinity Hotel for dinner.
Thursday, August 28th
4th day
- In the morning, we move breakfast to the parking lot of the Infinity Hotel for a car brunch at our Cadillacs.
- Around lunchtime, we drive to Schleißheim Palace and have the opportunity to visit the Flugwerft (aircraft museum) and/or the New Schleißheim Palace.
- In the evening, we drive to a drive-in movie theater, meet up with other like-minded people and watch a Hollywood classic in our Cadillacs.
Friday, August 29th
5th day
- As it was late the day before, we also get a late start and drive to the Bavaria Film Studios. There we can immerse ourselves in German film culture and visit film sets from “Das Boot” and “The Neverending Story”.
- In the evening, we celebrate the end of the Grand European 2025 at a gala dinner at the infinity Hotel.
